The service

Tapnelo gives your business NFC tags, a customer rating page and a dashboard. The free plan stays free. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel any time from Billing; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Buying tags

Prices include VAT where it applies [confirm once you are VAT registered]. UK delivery is free. We send your order within [X] working days and email you when it leaves us.

If you buy as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your tags and return them unused for a full refund. Faulty tags are replaced free of charge. Email [your email] to start a return.

Your responsibilities

You must only link tags to a business you own or manage. You are responsible for following Google’s review policies and the marketing laws in your country, including only emailing customers who opted in.

Customer data

You are the controller of your customers’ data. We process it on your behalf to run the service. Don’t upload or collect data you don’t have a right to use.

Liability

We provide the service as-is and aren’t liable for lost reviews, revenue or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
