Who we are

Tapnelo provides NFC review tags and a dashboard for businesses. Contact: [your business email and address].

Customers who tap a tag

When you tap a tag we record the tap, the star rating you choose, and any feedback you write. This is shared with the business you visited. If you enter your email to claim a reward, we send you the reward code and share your email with that business. We only send you offers if you tick “Send me offers”, and every offer email has an unsubscribe link.

We act as a processor for the business you visited, which is the controller of your data. We keep data while the business uses Tapnelo, then delete it.

Businesses

We store your name, email, business details and billing status. Payments are handled by Stripe. Emails are sent through our email provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [your email]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
